Lara, a Pit Bull mix, was unfortunately abandoned by her owner when she became pregnant. Instead of taking proper care of her and her puppies, they committed a terrible act. Lara was left tied to a tree in a forest near Nafplion, Greece, with no shelter or hope for a better life.
Lara, who was pregnant at the time, found herself all alone and stranded in a frigid forest with no one to turn to. Despite being bound to a tree, she managed to give birth to four adorable little puppies.
This mama dog’s determination to keep her puppies alive is truly remarkable. Despite being without food, water, or shelter for 10 days, she managed to not only survive but also ensure the survival of her precious pups. What an incredible display of maternal instincts!
Upon receiving information from some locals, the rescue team swiftly arrived at the location where they found the mother dog and her puppies. Regrettably, one of the little ones could not survive.
Thanks to the love and attention of their rescuers, the mother dog and her three puppies have made a full recovery. These little ones are as playful and cute as any puppy you could imagine.
It is our sincere wish that the person responsible for harming these innocent animals will be caught and held accountable for their actions.
